While we strive to make our training available to as many as possible, it might feel the most helpful if you have 6-8 weeks of base training under your belt.
* Base Training:
minimum of 4 -6 weeks of consistent, injury free running
athletes might consider being able to run 3x per week
athlete might consider their long run of at least 60 minutes. *

the odds are very very low. We (coaching staff) work really hard to ensure all paces and faces enjoy this experience!
