Summa Summa Summa time!

Coming off a great Spring season, we honor some shifts in our training. Most of us use this time to build a strong base for aerobic fitness. Because the summer in FL is so special, we keep our quality days geared towards 5k fitness. Yes, some crazies out there are marathon training… all that means is they are waking up earlier than us.

So…

Join us for roughly 6 weeks of work as we build towards our annual Watermelon 5k! (July 4th)

We generally meet two days a week over the 6ish weeks
(Thursdays 630p and Sundays 630a)

Thursday Deets !

Thursdays we’ll meet at Blue Jacket Park
This will generally be our shorter run during the week. Plan to have a structured workout or a planned quality session. (like goal setting or foam rolling or yoga)
Coaching Staff will help group workouts and paces so that all have space to grow and feel challenged!
Thursday sessions will begin at 630pm.

Sunday Deets !


Sundays we’ll plan to meet for our longer efforts.
This run has most recently been meeting out of Easy Luck Cafe!
We try to rotate location from time to time in efforts of keeping it fresh. Don’t worry, we’ll give you plenty of heads up ( via email ) !
Sunday runs will begin at 630 am

WaterMelon 5k

Every Summer, we use this “fun race” as a chance to check in on our fitness!


For us… its a mixed bag of “party” and “progress.”


We’re usually in the running for “largest team” which, if won, allows us to bless a Charity with a $500 check from the race event.
Since then, we’ve made it a focal point in our Blok experience It adds more community and more purpose to our cause to connect, gather, and bank mileage.

Here are the dates as they stand (2023).

May - 19th - 23rd - 26th -30th
June - 2nd - 6th - 9th - 13th - 16th - 20th - 23rd - 27th - 30th
July - 4th (Race Day)
* There are two weekends scheduled as community weekend runs ( shared with out friends and partners at lululemon WP) *
