Form and Flow : A Movement Workshop

$31.00

Form and Flow :

If you’ve been here before, you know we are big on creating more tools to learn our run-damental movements!

This workshop is structured around the mat with a yoga-centric platform to help you dial in nuances that exist in our running that we can curate without adding a ton of volume.

In the past this has been roughly 70 mins on and off the mat. We usually split our time together roughly 50/50. Some as an experiential lecture around performance as it relates to proper mechanics and creating a more fluid running economy. Some in flow as we breathe through the movements on the mat and in our bodies.

Expectations

As an instructor, I am passionate about building experiences that are going to draw your participation to the culture of sport. It shouldn’t matter if you are an “elite” athlete or simply lacing up for the first time. In the same way… It shouldn’t matter if your personal journey to fitness has mostly been cultivated on the mat or on the road. Our workshop is going to gift you some new perspectives to how movement is unifying and how practice is …well, practice.
